Final Presentation Submission: 16 June 2026
Selection Process
Due to limited session time, only shortlisted abstracts will be included in the AIS’26 programme.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission, including whether their presentation has been selected.
Speaker Guidelines
Standard presentations: 25 minutes
Tutorials and panels: up to 90 minutes
Presenters should speak clearly and at a measured pace to accommodate interpretation
Final presentations must be submitted in PDF format at least 5 days before the presentation date
Presenters are responsible for producing any handouts (expected audience: 200–500 onsite participants)
Marketing or commercial content is not permitted
