The Technical Presentations sessions at AIS’26 will bring together a diverse community of network engineers, researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals.

Whether you are a seasoned expert or an emerging voice in the field, this is your opportunity to:

Presentation Formats

Your contribution may take one of the following formats:

  • Technical Presentation

  • Tutorial Session

  • Panel Discussion

  • Live Technical Demonstration

Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline: 24 May 2026

  • Draft Presentation Deadline: 6 June 2026

  • Final Presentation Submission: 16 June 2026

Selection Process

Due to limited session time, only shortlisted abstracts will be included in the AIS’26 programme.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission, including whether their presentation has been selected.

Speaker Guidelines

  • Standard presentations: 25 minutes

  • Tutorials and panels: up to 90 minutes

  • Presenters should speak clearly and at a measured pace to accommodate interpretation

  • Final presentations must be submitted in PDF format at least 5 days before the presentation date

  • Presenters are responsible for producing any handouts (expected audience: 200–500 onsite participants)

  • Marketing or commercial content is not permitted
